All very nice

Pre-ordered birthday cake was simply half sold on the day of collection. Instead of showing some remorse (can always happen), we were given the feeling that we were to blame and that we should just take another half of a second cake. The second time a birthday cake was ordered, they weren't even able to offer a decent box. As a guest, why do I have to ask for a proper shipping box and justify myself? We're talking about a pastry shop and not a cheap fast food shop around the corner. For prices of around 50 € for a cake that was mostly made of cream and not even bothered to smooth it out, you can expect such a service every now and then. Very disappointing!

The quality has deteriorated significantly in recent years. This café used to be great. My wife bought me Frankfurter Kranz which was made with cream instead of buttercream, it was very disappointing. Didn't even begin to taste like Frankfurter Kranz. It's a shame.

I've known the cheeky for decades. Has always been the best pastry shop. Today I was back for the first time after 3 years. I was very disappointed. My favorite cake was no longer what it was. The quality has deteriorated significantly. And the cake that I brought my husband with was no longer qualitatively what it used to be. A friend confirmed my experience. That's really a pity.

Five stars for all baked goods, cakes, etc. 3 stars for the cafe inside. THE furniture goes. However, the air in the back rooms is very stale. Staff nice. Various types of coffee very tasty.

The cake is very tasty, but there was a drinking lid already in place for the take-away coffee. The lipprints were clearly visible. Fortunately, this was noticed in time. An absurdity, especially in these times of risk of infection! Please also pay attention to it !!!

Really nice bakery. Most of the things are really fresh. And everything is tasty. And I think but the end of the day everything is over. The prices are on the upper end of average. But I feel some of the staff are not very friendly but they are not rude nonetheless. And further in the morning you have plan your visit as it tends to be crowded

Had the special for lunch. Three vegetable patty/hash browns served on salad. Huge serving and each of the three had a unique flavour and coating. Nice and crisp on the outside with done just right filling. Love going here for their variety of coffee beans for sale.

I had a wonderful experience. The workers were very nice and the baked goods was delicious.

Typical Swabian bad attitudes. They shout at you and are disrespectful. Feels like dealing with farmer trash but Swabian style. Their bread is dry and their cakes are overpriced. Please avoid, there are better places than this.

Lovely selection of yummy goodies and the original Kinder Egg was a extra treat
